Our Mission

Making Your Life Significantly Easier

Have you ever considered how time-consuming handling the household bills can be? How much time does the process of receiving, examining, paying, and filing the bills take? Isn’t it better to spend this time with your kids or friends instead of wasting the little and precious free time left in our hectic routine?
This is precisely why we created Eco-Bill – a unique platform for managing, keeping track and paying household bills.
You photograph the bills once, upload the image to the app, and from that moment, you can be worry free.
The app allows you to compile all of your bills in one place and to receive them directly and digitally to your smartphone.

The system provides you with a vast variety of tools that include bill analysis, the ability to view real-time reports regarding payment status and receive reminders and alerts concerning payments, as well as reports about payment irregularities, and more. In addition, the system enables paying the bills with a single click directly from the app, without the need to turn to a different supplier each time in order to pay.

FAQ

There is no need to download the app. The app at hand is a progressive web application (PWA), which can be used directly through the web (the app can of course also be found on the Google and Apple App Stores). In addition, the link to the app that provides direct access to Eco-Bill can be saved on the smartphone’s or the computer’s homepage.

Connecting to the system is simple and quick. Following a short process of registration, you’ll be required to photograph the bill only once, and afterward, the bills will automatically be sent through the app.

Certainly. Eco-Bill has developed a first-of-its-kind solution— the one-click payment. You can pay all of the bills in a single click, directly from the smartphone, thus sparing yourself of the irritating hassle of switching between the various suppliers’ websites and having to feed in the voucher and payment details each time anew. The payment is secured with the PCI DSS technology.

We’re always happy to be at your service in case there’s any problem. We have all the answers to the most irritating problems.

Precisely because the bills are managed by standing order, many forget to check the charges and don’t notice when they are overpaying (contract changes, excessive overcharges compared to previous periods, etc.). Eco-Bills sends alerts regarding bill irregularities. This way the client can check the payment amount prior to being charged and contact the supplier in order to sort out the overcharge.

An irregular bill is a bill that is 10%-15% higher than the relevant previous equivalent bill (with respect to water, electricity and gas, the equivalent bill is the bill for the same period from the year before, and with respect to the rest of the bills, the equivalent bill is the last bill paid).

With respect to communication services, for example, an irregular bill can be expressed by the increase in the price of a fixed contract (following the period during which the price is the lowest) or in the growth of varying expenses.

There is no service fee at present. If in the future we launch a package that requires a service fee, the customers will be updated. In addition, we will always make sure the option for a free package exists. The package free of additional charge shall include the basic options that exist today, including: receiving a message regarding the arrival of a bill, receiving the bill by email and the option to pay via the app.

The disconnection is simple. We will notify the service providers regarding your request to revert to the previous state.

Following our notice, it shall be your sole responsibility to contact the supplier to ensure your request has indeed been satisfied.
